Health, ADHD & Parent/Teacher Conferences

There is no shortage of issues to discuss when it comes to teens and young adults. Proof of that is in the recent requests by local media for the expert opinion of Russell Hyken, who has been making the rounds with media to discuss everything from ADHD to parents who so badly want fame that they'll put their kids at risk to achieve it.

On October 30th, Russell joined KMOX's Health and Fitness host Monica Adams to talk ADHD, not only in children but also the often less publicized affects it has on adults and even seniors.

Russell sat down with News Channel 5's Jennifer Blome for a discussion on the good and bad of stress in teens, and how to identify when your child's stress may be harmful.

Russell also touched on a topic recently in the headlines related to parents who put their kids at risk in order to achieve fame. Russell returned as a guest on KMOV Channel 4's Great Day St. Louis to talk parent/teacher conferences and how parents can utilize these meetings to greatly benefit their child academically and emotionally.
