10 Au Courant Halloween Costume Ideas for 2010:Tea Partier: Sport a party hat and carry a tea cup and tea pot and you’re a tea party member! I’m Not a Witch (à la Christine O’Donnell): Put on your witch hat and hold a sign that reads "I’m not a witch." Jersey Store Style: Orange body paint, lots of hair gel for the guys. A bump-it for Snooki and carry a jar of pickles. Ed Hardy tshirts. Don’t forget to do some fist-pumping. Our Favorite Vampires: Sookie Stackhouse and Eric or Bill. For Sookie, pull your hair up in a ponytail and make white t-shirt into a "merlotte’s" shirt (with short shorts, of course!). Eric or Bill: basic black clothing and don’t forget the fangs! The Jonas Brothers: draw in thick eyebrows, don a curly wig, sling a guitar over your shoulder and find two guys (or gals) willing to dress up as your brothers. Wear boots and skinny jeans if you’ve got them! Go as a bag of jelly beans! All you need: half inflated balloons of assorted colors. A large clear plastic bag with cut outs for your arms, legs and neck. American Gothic: Grab your pitchfork, glasses, and a bored look. You’re halfway there! "The" Jet Blue Attendant: Put together a uniform look with navy slacks, a navy jacket and a white dress shirt. Carry two bear cans, one each hand, and a bandage on your head (remember, you were injured after the slide—or did your head injury make you forget?). Balloon boy: balloons and aluminum foil. Wear your pajamas "Bed Intruder" costume (à la Antoine Dodson): Wig, bandanna, a baseball bat and a homemade t-shirt that reads on the front "hide yo’ kids, hide yo’ wife." Don’t forget to put on the back: "hide yo’ husband too cause they rapin’ everybody out here!" And bring lots of attitude. |
