Send a Holiday Card

With all of the emphasis on getting new business, it's important to focus on keeping current and former clients happy too. A personal touch can go a long way. Make it a point to send a holiday card to your clients. You will keep yourself fresh in their minds, and you may even impress them with your thoughtfulness. Avoid making the card too self-promoting. They know who you are from the envelope. Wish them a happy holiday and know that you are making someone's day.
